Anybody used this airline before? We are booked to go business class to Thailand, via Qatar. Heard airline is brilliant, especially business class, but not guaranteed a seat in the airport!

I also heard airport should be more updated by the time we go in December due to some Asian games, hope so. Anybody got any info. please....?
